Many of you may have used our FixWin – Windows Repair Tool. Here is another tool that will help you repair your Windows installation should you ever feel the need to. Windows Repair Tool
guides you at every step of the repair process. In 5 consecutive steps,
it offers options to undertake tasks to repair your Windows computer.
In Step 1, it suggests that you first scan your system for malware using Malwarebytes, TDSS Rootkit Remover and/or Microsoft Security Essentials.
Step 2 consists of running the Check Disk utility
In the next step if offers to run the System File Checker.
In the penultimate step it asks you to create a system restore point, since the next step would involve making changes to your syste.
Having done that, you click on Next to reach the final Repairs tab. The tool offers Basic, Advanced and Custom Mode. I recommend that you use the Custom Mode, so that you know, what changes you are making, exactly.
Selecting Custom Mode and clicking Start will offer you various repair options.
